These are neurons from an autonomic ganglion. Each one has many dendrites and an axon, but none of the neurons have any in the plane of this section.

Note the large nucleus (green arrow) and the nucleolus blue arrow).

The cells shown by red arrows are called satellite cells. These supporting cells usually do not form a tight ring around autonomic ganglion cells as these neurons are multipolar. In a spinal ganglion where the neurons have only one process emerging (in reality two-in-one), the satellite cells form a complete ring around the neuron body.
